BLS Skills Class Description
The BLS skills course is our hands-on portion of AHA blended eLearning. The AHA blended eLearning portion can be found directly through the American Heart Association website (Online + Hands-on).
Keep in mind the online portion can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to complete.

All students must complete the online portion before attending class and must present the Certification of completion to the BLS skills instructor.
The American Heart Association, BLS Skills session, is only a hands-on portion and must be completed in person.

Once registered, you will receive a link to a Google Meets that will take place remotely. You will be joining an interactive online BLS Skills class where you can ask questions and participate in a comprehensive e-learning platform.
Course Curriculum For BLS Skills
Skills testing on the following:
- 1-Rescuer Adult BLS
- use of AED and Bag-Mask Device
- 2- Rescuer Adult BLS
- Child BLS ( includes 1 and 2 Rescuer child BLS)
- Infant BLS (Includes 1 and 2 rescuer infant BLS)
- Infant choking
What to know about this BLS Skills Course
Students must bring the Certification of completion from the online learning portion of the BLS course to class.
