While New York State does not mandate CPR training for all workplaces, many industries require it. Healthcare facilities, schools, childcare centers, fitness clubs, construction sites, and restaurants in Westchester County often require staff to maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. OSHA also recommends that workplaces have trained first aid responders on-site.
