While New Jersey does not mandate CPR training for all workplaces, many industries require it. Healthcare facilities, schools, childcare centers, dental offices, fitness centers, and construction sites in New Jersey often require staff to maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. New Jersey also follows OSHA guidelines that recommend workplaces have trained first aid responders available on-site.
