## How We Build These Resources

Every guide and tool follows the same rules, so you can see where the information comes from and when it last changed.

### Official Sources

AHA course resources are built from American Heart Association materials and the 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC, plus OSHA and state sources where relevant. MSL resources cite professional, certification, and regulatory sources. Each resource lists its sources at the end.

### Dated Updates

Each resource shows the date it was last updated, and the date changes only when the resource is re-checked or revised.

### Private by Design

Use the tools without signing up. Your answers are processed in your browser and are not submitted to QKC Health. The renewal planner's team tracker saves its list in that browser until you clear it. You choose whether to copy, download, or send a summary through our contact form. Page analytics follow your cookie preference.

### No Promises About Outcomes

Your employer, school or program, licensing board, or state rules decide which card you need. Our resources explain the options; they do not replace hands-on training or promise a job or certification.
